🌿 About the bundle
We gathered the staples no Saudi kitchen is without: American green cardamom for coffee, first-grade Super Negin saffron with its deep red threads, natural first-grade Sidr honey, and spices for kabsa and soup. Instead of ordering each item separately, they arrive together in one parcel from Hayala.
🍯 Taste and use
Crack a few cardamom pods into Arabic coffee with a few threads of saffron, then serve the Sidr honey with bread, cream or dates at breakfast. Use the black pepper, mixed spices and ground ginger in kabsa, stews and marinades, and keep the soup sachets ready for lentil, vegetable or oat soup.
🫙 Storage
Keep the honey tightly closed at room temperature, and store the cardamom, saffron and spices in airtight containers away from light and moisture.
⭐ Why choose it
