🌺 Why an ounce of Super Negin?

• Super Negin is the first grade, above Negin, Pushal and Bunch.
• Natural red threads with no yellow style, sold as a sealed saffron ounce.
• 28 g equals a full ounce, enough for daily coffee and weekly rice dishes.
• A small pinch gives colour and aroma, because every thread is the red part.
• Packed to food hygiene standards.

☕ Taste and uses

1. A few threads with cardamom in the dallah for fragrant Saudi coffee.
2. Saffron water over rice before serving for a golden finish.
3. With rose water in puddings, cakes and ice cream.
4. In marinades for grilled chicken and fish.

🫙 Storage

Keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and close the tin tightly after each use. Take out only a week's worth at a time so the rest of the ounce stays in top condition.
